How to download the Learning Management System (LMS) Test Bank Files
Navigate to catalog.flatworldknowledge.com and log into your account.
Click on Adopted Books to open your dashboard.
Click the Supplements button for the desired book.
On the Supplements page, scroll down to the section titled 'Test Bank Files for Import to Learning Management Systems' and download the BlackBoard .zip file. It will be denoted by "BB" or "BlackBoard" in the file name.

Unzipping/Expanding the BlackBoard File
Locate the downloaded BlackBoard .zip file on your computer.
Double click the file to unzip/expand the file. Doing so will result in a folder named after the downloaded file. Open this folder to find a folder titled Question Sets.
In this Question Sets folder, the Test Bank questions will be divided further into other .zip files labeled by Chapter or Chapter/Section, depending on which book you are using. These are the files that will be uploaded into Blackboard.
Importing the Test Bank into Blackboard Learn
Navigate to the desired course in Blackboard.
Under the Course Management section, select Course Tools, then Tests, Surveys, and Pools.

3. Select the Pools option on the following screen.

4. Click the 'Import Pool' button.

5. 'Click Browse My Computer' and select the chapter.zip file you wish to upload. Once you select it for upload, you will see it listed out under File Name. Click 'Submit' to proceed.

6. Once the import is completed, you will see the created Pool of questions. You can select the drop down menu next to the Pool name to open it and view/edit the questions. The questions can now be added to quizzes under Content-> Assessments-> Test-> Build Test.
