PDF Request for students with accessibility needs

When submitting a PDF request on behalf of a student with accessibility needs, please provide the following information:

  • Send requests to

  • Provide proof of purchase confirming student order.

  • Please provide a name and/or email address for the student so we can properly watermark the PDF when we generate the file. Note: It is important to provide the student name/email to prevent piracy of the file using the watermark.

  • If the above information is provided in the initial request, our turn-around time is typically within 1 business day.

Please note: if the student is enrolled in a course using FlatWorld Homework, they would need an account on our site to ensure proper access to Homework.


Q: Why are you asking for the student's name/email?

A: The student name is required in the watermark to prevent potential piracy of the file.
