When accessing Homework through your school LMS (such as Blackboard, Brightspace/D2L, Canvas, or Moodle), you should be automatically directed to your designated assignment.

You may, however, encounter an error message on a red banner at the bottom of the Homework screen that reads "Due to a connectivity issue, certain Homework functionality is currently unavailable."

This may mean that there is an issue with the company that provides the question engine for our Homework platform.

If you see this message, please contact Customer Service to confirm if there is a systemic issue impacting students and educators.

This error may also indicate that there is an issue with your device, network, or web browsing software.

Please try turning off any browser extensions or ad-blockers you're using, as well as any VPN softwares or Firewall softwares. It may also help to check for browser updates, and to clear your cookies and browsing data. Make sure to confirm that third-party cookies are not blocked on your web browser, and that cross-site tracking is not being blocked either.

If these steps do not resolve the error, it may also help to try switching devices in the meantime. Please also reach out to us through our Customer Support channels so we can troubleshoot the issue together, and escalate to our Tech Team if necessary.
