There is a known issue for users accessing our homework system using the Safari browser. You may find yourself unable to log in when accessing homework. While we do support this browser, there’s a setting that will need to be modified.

For desktop: In the top menu go to Safari>Settings/Preferences (or hit ⌘ , ) then select 'Privacy' in the screen that appears. Uncheck the box that says ‘Prevent cross-site tracking’.

For iOs: To change this setting in iOs, go to Settings > Safari, then scroll down to the Privacy & Security section. Turn off ‘Prevent cross-site tracking’.
