Access FlatWorld Tools:
An educator in the Blackboard instance will be able to go to Content > Build Content and see our placement in the list of drop down options.
The LTI 1.3 placements are labeled:
FlatWorld Assignments
FlatWorld Books
Create Assignments:
Once you have selected the FlatWorld Assignments tool, follow steps in this guide to begin building assignments.
Please Note:
Blackboard seems to default to not opening a placement in a new window. The embedded assignment, and book link, needs to be configured to open in a new window, by going into the the Edit page for the specific assignment, or book link, and setting the “Open in New Window” option
