When submitting a recorded video for your assignment, here are a few tips to make sure it has been submitted and uploaded properly:

1. The most common issue during a submission is when you click 'Finish', and the 'Submitting' status notification continues to stay on screen and does not bring you to the submission confirmation screen. In nearly all cases, these submissions are successful. If this happens to you, DO NOT exit out from this screen or refresh. Rather, you can come to FlatWorld's Live Chat on our website (or email support@Flatworld.com) and we can verify if the video successfully uploaded. Your educator will also be able to reference their grade book in order to verify.

2. Make sure you have a strong internet connection while submitting. If the internet connection is interrupted during your upload, you will get an error. Unfortunately if this occurs, you will need to resubmit your video.

3. As a matter of best practice, we would recommend recording your videos in a single take. You should avoid pausing and then resuming as we find that this can cause issues when attempting to upload.

4. Watch your time limit! If your educator has set a time limit you want to be sure you've not exceeded it while recording.
