Sometimes there's an issue with purchase order placed by a bookstore. Our online ordering system is set up to both alert stores and allow them to upload a new PO. To upload a new PO after placing your order, go to your store's dashboard, which will list your order history. If there's an issue with an order, you'll see the "status" highlighted in red.
Clicking on "Notes..." will bring up the alert that will describe the issue with the order.
Clicking on "replace" will allow you to upload a new PO for the order, which will alert our team for further review.
PLEASE NOTE:
This should not be used when placing a new order. This is only meant for updating orders when there is an issue with the PO. For instructions on placing a new order, please see this article.
