If you are having trouble logging into FlatWorld, please make sure that your email as well as your password is correct. This may involve disabling cap locks and making sure to enter in special characters correctly.
If you still have issues logging in, you can reset your password. Click on the 'Request a new password' link located under the blue Login button.
Clicking the 'Request a new password' link will take you to a page that asks you to enter your email. FlatWorld will send a reset link to this email. Please make sure the email is entered correctly. You will also need to make sure that email@example.com is added to your safe senders list if you don't receive the email at first.
After entering your email, click the reset button. A reset password link will be sent to your email. Open the email and click the 'Change my password' link.
Clicking the link in the reset email will open a window in which you can change you password. Enter in your new password and confirm it, then click 'Reset Password'.
After clicking 'Reset Password', you will receive a message that your password was changed successfully, and you will be logged in.
I don't want to change my password...Is there anything I can try other than resetting my password to log in?
You can try restarting your current browser and making sure you are running the latest browser version. You can also try clearing your cookies/browser cache.
Why did I not receive an email to reset my password?
Double check that you have entered in your email correctly, as an error in the email would prevent it from being received. If your email is entered correctly, please check your spam folder.
What do I do if I enter email correctly and the reset link is not in my inbox or spam folder?
Make sure you are using the correct account email. You can also add firstname.lastname@example.org as an approved sender in your email settings.
